Who Are We?
Joel is responsible for the growth of Belmont Lavan IE and leads our executive search initiative. Supported by remote IE's across Europe, Joel ensures the success of each search assignment.
Joel possesses 26 years of recruitment experience across Europe and Asia. He has built and led teams for the worlds largest resource suppliers and developed key partnerships across industries including financial services, insurance, consulting and digital. His private network comprises of CEO's, CTO's, CFO's and leadership touch points allowing him to draw and expand on existing relationships to identify new and budding talent in tech.
Previous to founding Belmont Lavan IE, Joel worked in agency and inhouse capacities focusing on RAAS, RPO, strategic talent acquisition, recruitment and management training, onboarding, payroll and compliance.
